Bucket elevator

Bucket elevators are orient on transportation of granular, small-sized and small-abrasive materials in vertical direction from the first and into last points of intervening loading and unloading. Elevators are orient on working in moderate climate conditions (temperature of transporting materials is less than 80°С)

Belt conveyor

Belt conveyor is oriented on straight-line horizontal and inclined transporting of loose, lump piece and other traffic. Width of the producing conveyors belt could be vary from 400 and to 1000 mm, depending on client desire. Conveyor productivity depends on width and speed of belt moving. Organization simplicity, reliability in work and economy have predetermined extensive use of belt conveyors in different range of manufacture.

Worm conveyor

It is oriented on transporting dust-like, powdered, granular and small-sized traffic. Transporting in conveyor confined space and airtight joining of it’s sections allows to transfer traffic with a high productivity on a 30 miters distance without any losses (Dust emission, materials pour and other are practically full). In conveyor using in the line of mechanized load-unload, manual labour is not used. Traffic screw transfer and using electric motor with a small power allow to economize electricity in traffic transfer on a big distance (conveyor is made of separate sections with 0,5 ratio on a base length fixed in order). Transportation in a close case isolates dusty components from environment, that doesn’t allow dusty discharges in a working area and also possible bed smell propagation of component. Conveyor mounting could be horizontal or on-the-miter ± 20° (for the loose traffic).
